Busan Trader Comes to Baltimore September 15, 2018

This container ship owned by Lomar Shipping came to Baltimore, Maryland on September 15, 2018. At 210 × 30.1m (689 x 99ft) this is one of the smallest container ships I have seen. It is unusual also in that it has its own cranes. As you watch the below video note that it is being followed in by the ro-ro vehicles carrier Taurus Leader. Also watch for the pilot boarding the ship after the pilot boat comes alongside. He can be hard to see as his clothes match the ship’s paint color!
