RCC Europe Comes to Baltimore October 30, 2019
This 199x32m (653x105ft) roro ship was built in 2009 by Stocznia Gdynia S.A. according to BalticShipping.com. Previously known as CSCC Europe when under the ownership of China Shipping she is now known as RCC Europe under the ownership of Ray Car Carriers.
Under the ownership of each she is managed by Stamco Ship Management. I have not found any information on when in 2019 she changed ownership but according to scheepvaartwest.com she can carry up to 6,500 cars.
Compare her colorful new paintjob with her old one in this 2014 video by binmei.jp.
In my video below she can be seen arriving to Baltimore, Maryland on a calm and overcast day as a pilot boat (probably Baltimore) travels out to meet her. Later in the video a Moran tugboat can be seen alongside while the pilot boat peels away from the ship. In the final scene green and red lights of navigation buoys can be seen as she passes a docked Evergreen container ship.
