Hoegh Tokyo Departs Baltimore December 21, 2019
This 228x32m (748x105ft) ro-ro vehicles carrier was built in 2004 by Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering in South Korea and is owned by Norway based Hoegh Autoliners according to scheepvaartwest.
She made the news in October of 2015 when Heavy Lift & Project Forwarding International reported that five train body shells were transported from Hitachi Rail’s plant in Japan to the UK Port of Tyne.

In my video below she can be seen backing out of her parking space before turning and heading outbound on the Patapsco River towards the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland. She can be seen passing the inbound tanker ship Navig8 Amethyst.
