Maya Departs Baltimore February 8, 2020

This 229x32m (751x105ft) tanker was built in 2003 by Koyo Dockyard in Mihara, Japan. They were taken over by Imabari Shipbuilding in 2014. She is owned by Greece based Tsakos according to BalticShipping.com. The “TEN” on the side is their subsidiary Tsakos Energy Navigation.

This ship appears to have led an unremarkable career as I found no news items on this ship, nor did I find any other video of this ship.

In my video below she can be seen heading outbound on the Patapsco River clearly loaded with something. In the last scene she can be seen following the Progress Ace out of town.
