Trammo Independent Comes to Baltimore September 15, 2020

This 180x32m (591x105ft) Liberian flagged bulker was built in 2016 by China Shipping Industry Jiangsu according to VesselTracking.net. She is owned by Ukraine based Goldenport Odessa.

I did not discover any news items about this ship.

9072-1 Bulker Trammo Independent

These two videos from 2019 show underwater inspection of this ship both before and after cleaning while at the Brazilian Port of Aratu. Although both videos start in portrait mode the switch to landscape for the underwater portions. Together they are about 30 minutes but are interesting to watch.

Also from 2019 is this video of her on the Elbe River in Germany.

9098-1 Bulker Trammo Independent and tug Bridget McAllister

In my 9 minute video below she can be seen arriving on the Patapsco River as the tug Camie pushes around a barge. The pilot boat Baltimore comes alongside and a pilot can be seen boarding. As she nears it can be seen that she’s had a rough 4 years since she was built. A pilot can be seen climbing down the ladder to the pilot boat. After she passes under the Key Bridge tug Bridget McAllister can be seen awaiting her arrival. At the end of the video is some footage from a different location showing 4 USNS ships and the American Bulker docked at Domino Sugars.
