While researching this ship I came across this travelogue about a couple that traveled from Spain to Argentina aboard this ship from October to November of 2013. Click here to read their story! I last found a travelogue while researching another container ship, the Spirit of Auckland.

Pilot boat Maryland approaching container ship Rio Negro near Baltimore, Maryland September 13, 2018

In the video below this ship can be seen making an evening arrival to Baltimore, Maryland on an evening with building cloud cover. The pilot boat Maryland goes out to deliver a pilot. After she turns and nears her deck can be seen crowded with containers of several companies. Tugboats Brooklyn McAllister and Timothy McAllister can be seen awaiting her arrival to help guide her to dock. As she passed under the Key Bridge the outbound bulker NBA Van Dyck can be seen passing. Several subsequent scenes are of this ship before returning to the Rio Negro as she is helped to dock.
